Terms of Service

By using morphoturkiye.com, submitting an enquiry, or engaging our coordination service, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully. Nothing in these Terms affects your non-waivable rights as a consumer under applicable law.

01Who we are

“Morpho Health”, “we”, “us” means the patient-coordination service operating at morphoturkiye.com, based in Istanbul, Türkiye. “You” means the person enquiring about or engaging the service.

02Nature of the service

Morpho Health is a coordination service, not a medical provider. We:

• Match enquiring patients with appropriate clinical partners based on the information provided.
• Coordinate travel, accommodation, transfers, and translation as part of an agreed package.
• Provide a single point of contact from enquiry through the 12-week aftercare window.

We do not perform medical procedures, diagnose medical conditions, or provide medical advice. All clinical decisions — including eligibility, treatment selection, dosage, and post-procedure guidance — are made by the treating clinician within our partner network.

03Eligibility & your obligations

• You must be at least 18 years old to engage the service on your own behalf.
• You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during the enquiry and planning process.
• You agree to disclose relevant medical history, current medications, prior procedures, and imaging to the extent requested.
• You agree to follow pre- and post-procedure instructions provided by the treating clinician.
• You agree not to travel for treatment if, between planning and travel, a new medical condition, pregnancy, infection, or contraindication arises that has not been disclosed and reviewed.

We reserve the right to decline coordination, at our reasonable discretion, where we consider a treatment inappropriate, unsafe, or otherwise unlikely to serve your clinical interests.

04Clinical responsibility

Medical treatment is performed by independent clinical partners who hold their own licences, accreditations, and professional indemnity insurance.

• The treating clinician is responsible for clinical assessment, treatment performance, adverse-event management, and immediate post-procedure care.
• The partner facility is responsible for in-patient standards, equipment, and the clinical environment during your stay.
• Morpho Health is responsible for coordination and logistics, and for our 12-week remote aftercare follow-up service.

We do not act as a medical representative on your behalf and do not guarantee the performance, outcome, or safety of any procedure. Partner facilities carry their own malpractice insurance; claims relating to medical outcomes should be directed to the treating clinician or facility in the first instance.

05Pricing & payment

• Indicative prices on the website are ranges and are not binding until a written quote is issued.
• Your written quote sets out the exact scope and the fixed, all-inclusive package price for the coordinated service.
• Typical payment structure: deposit on confirmation of plan (payable online or via bank transfer), balance payable in-country before treatment commences. Alternative structures may apply and will be stated in your quote.
• Prices include the items enumerated in your quote and in the “Included in every package” section on the homepage. They exclude, unless stated: international flights, travel insurance, visas, meals outside package inclusions, and any non-scheduled additional procedures.
• Currency, taxes, and any processing fees are specified in your quote.

06Cancellation & refunds

The below applies unless your written quote specifies otherwise:

Cancellation more than 21 days before treatment

Full refund of any deposit paid.

Cancellation between 21 and 7 days before treatment

Refund of deposit minus any verifiable third-party fees already incurred on your behalf (e.g. non-refundable flights or accommodation).

Cancellation within 7 days of treatment

Per-case assessment. Where partner facility slots cannot be released, a cancellation fee may apply.

Ineligible after clinical review

If, following imaging review or further consultation, the treating clinician determines you are not a suitable candidate, your deposit is refunded in full.

Cancellation by us

If we cancel for reasons within our control, you are entitled to a full refund.

07Warranties & disclaimers

We provide our coordination services with reasonable care and skill. However:

• We do not warrant any specific medical outcome. All treatments carry risks.
• We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
• Testimonials, case descriptions, and indicative outcomes shown on the site describe individual experiences; your outcome may differ.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties not expressly stated in these Terms.

08Limitation of liability

Subject to section 4 (Clinical responsibility) and to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with our coordination service is limited to the coordination fees you have paid to us during the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
• We are not liable for indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages, loss of profit, loss of opportunity, or loss of data.
• Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for (a) death or personal injury caused by our negligence, (b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or (c) any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable UK or Turkish consumer law.

09Intellectual property

All content on morphoturkiye.com — including copy, branding, the Morpho butterfly mark, photography, code, and design — is owned by or licensed to Morpho Health. You may view and share links to the content; you may not reproduce, republish, or commercially exploit it without our prior written permission.

10Privacy

Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

11Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Where you are a consumer resident in the United Kingdom or the European Economic Area, you retain the benefit of mandatory consumer protections available to you under your local law.

Before initiating legal action, both parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution by written correspondence. Unresolved disputes shall be referred to the courts of Istanbul, Türkiye, or, where applicable consumer law permits, the courts of your place of residence.

12Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date reflects the most recent change. Material changes affecting patients with an open engagement will be communicated directly. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
